Ingredients

– a few slices of stale bread
- 1 egg
- 100 ml of Echiré semi-skimmed milk
– 1 tbsp. sugar
– A small piece of butter for cooking

1- Soak the slices in a bowl of milk, making sure to soak them well, then dip them in a bowl with beaten eggs. 
2- Melt the butter in a pan and brown the slices for a few minutes on each side.
3- Sprinkle with sugar before serving.
