Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Melt your Échiré butter in a saucepan. Add the honey.
  3. In a salad bowl, add the flour, spices and bicarbonate.
  4. Mix everything together, adding the butter, honey and brown sugar.
  5. In a cake tin, butter and flour your tin.
  6. Pour the mixture.
