Ingredients
– 200 g of dark chocolate (min. 70%)
– 60 g of unsalted butter Echire Butter Factory
– 40 g of peanut butter
- 3 eggs
– 30 g of cane sugar
- 1 pinch of salt

1️- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
2️- Add butter and peanut butter, mix until smooth.
3️- Add the egg yolks one by one.
4️- Beat the egg whites with the sugar and salt until stiff.
5️- Gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
6️- Pour into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
7️- Before serving, add unsalted peanuts for extra crunch!
