Ingredients

- 5 eggs 

– 400g flour

– 3/4 oat milk (or classic) 

– 1 tsp. salt 

– 20g of parmesan

– 30g of sweet butter from Beurrerie Echire 

– 1 tsp paprika 

– 1 bag of young spinach shoots 

– 1 sachet of baker’s yeast 

– 1 Chevrot without added salt Sevre & beautiful

SPINACH AND CHEESE GRATIN WAFFLES

1- In a salad bowl, mix the eggs, salt, parmesan, butter, paprika, yeast.

2- Pour in a little flour, then add a little milk and mix, repeat the operation until you have added all the milk and flour. 

3- Once the dough is smooth, add the young spinach shoots and mix.

4- Leave to rest for 1 hour min.

5- Lightly oil the plates of your waffle iron and cook.

6- In an ovenproof dish, place the Chevrot with a little honey or agave syrup on top. 

7- Put the Chevrot in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for ~20min.
