Ingredients
– 1 pot of natural yogurt
– 3 pots of flour
– 2 pots of sugar
– ½ jar of melted brown butter (≈ 100 g)
- 3 eggs
– 1 sachet of baking powder
– 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
– 100 g of salted butter caramel
Yogurt cake

1. Prepare the brown butter: Melt the butter in a saucepan until it turns a nice amber color. Strain and let cool.
2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, sugar and eggs until frothy.
3. Add the melted brown butter and vanilla extract.
4. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to avoid lumps.
5. Pour half of the batter into a greased mold. Add the caramel and swirl it with a knife.
6. Pour in the remaining batter and bake at 180°C for 35-40 min.
