Last week in Taiwan 🇹🇼, we had the privilege of welcoming the talented chef Julien Perrinet for an exceptional pastry demonstration, highlighting the secrets of fine pastry and premium products. On the program of this gourmet encounter, six sublime pastry creations that have captured the essence of the perfect alliance between Breton tradition and the elegance of Japanese pastry. Chef Julien Perrinet, who officiates at Park Hyatt Tokyo in Shinjuku, has unveiled recipes that adorn its menu, combining Breton flavors with Japanese pastry techniques, for an absolutely irresistible result.

During this demo, the chef presented creations that were as innovative as they were appetizing:

This moment of sharing was made possible thanks to our Taiwanese distributor, Gourmet's Partner, who generously opened the doors of his kitchens to Taipei et Taichung to allow two demonstration sessions to be held.
