Our Échiré butter has been perpetuating a unique know-how since 1894: that of mastering the art of butter through slow maturation of the creams for 18 hours and churning in wooden barrels. This high-end and local butter, still produced in the same iconic butter factory located in Échiré, near Niort (79), offers unrivaled quality.

Our technique has remained unchanged for 130 years.
The milk is carefully selected from our breeders who respect the specifications of the Charentes-Poitou AOP ButterThe cream is matured for around 18 hours, then churned for around 2 hours to produce a butter with a unique texture and flavour.
